Eno Ofori-Atta has been appointed as the Agricultural Development Bank Plc’s new deputy managing director, effective December 1, 2022.
She will collaborate with the managing director to provide strategic leadership and direction for the bank to become one of the top-tier banks in the country while maintaining its core focus on agricultural financing.
Eno Ofori-Atta is a skilled professional with over 15 years of experience in banking and financial services, providing strategic leadership and building high-performing teams across business units and functions at all levels.
She has extensive experience driving business growth, credit administration, risk management, human capital management, business system development, strategic planning, and internal control system and process strengthening.
Eno was the group managing director of SIC-Financial Services for five years prior to her appointment, where she led the re-definition of the business strategy, transformational programs, and operational improvements.
She was previously the CEO of Payflex Microfinance Company and the Chief Risk Officer of Women’s World Banking Ghana.
Her diverse experience has led to positions such as Branch operations manager, head of administration and human resources, head of risk, and head of credit operations.
Eno graduated from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology with a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in Social Sciences (Law & Sociology).
The ADB managing director, Alhassan Yakubu Tali, congratulated her on the appointment and stated, “Eno brings to the fore a very rich banking experience which will immensely benefit the growth of the Bank.”
