The National Petroleum Authority (NPA) has threatened to take legal action against 45 Oil Marketing Companies (OMCs) owing the authority GHS68 million.
In a statement dated September 13, 2022, the NPA noted that the authority shall publish the names of the Directors and Shareholders of the defaulting OMCS who fail to settle their debt within the estimated period.
