The Sekondi- Takoradi Municipal Assembly(STMA) has started a land reclamation exercise at the community’s cemetery, to extend a football field for the youth of the Diabene community.
The situation has see people rushing to the cemetery with coffins to collect the remains of their already buried relatives.
The exercise is been jointly carried out by STMA, and community leaders led by the Chief and Queenmother of the area. Dead bodies are been exhumed using a back hole machine, and the exercise is being supervised by the STMA’s Environmental Health Department.
