The National Service Personnel Association (NASPA) has convened its 2022 annual mini congress in Volta regional’s capital, Ho.
As part of the celebrations for this year’s conference, the ‘I Am Worth it Project’ (IAWI), a Canadian company, and NASPA partnered to offer the NSS personnel soft skills training.
The personnel received training in a variety of areas, including mental development, teamwork, problem-solving, customer service, and leadership.

“Work on your mindset… it starts with your mindset and if you don’t believe in yourself no one else is going to believe in you,” Tammy Shergger, one of the resource persons, told the personnel.
The training is anticipated to aid personnel prepare for the job market.
