The three Wa Technical Institute students who were detained for hitting their teacher will appear before the Wa Circuit Court today.
Yussif Mudasir, Salifu Razak, and Christian Kieseh Confidence were detained on Tuesday (July 25), following the filing of an official complaint by the school’s administration accusing them of assaulting Housemaster Ishmail Musah Froko.
According to OilCity Radio sources at the Upper West Regional Police Command, Yuaif Mudasir has been charged with assaulting the teacher, while Salifu Razak and Christian Kieseh, two of his accomplices, have been charged with assaulting and threatening to kill a student who assisted in Yuaif Mudasir’s arrest.
