The Convention People’s Party (CPP) has assured to build ultramodern hospitals in every district across the country if it wins the 2024 general elections.
Addressing the media on September 21 at an event organised by the CPP to commemorate Kwame Nkrumah Memorial Day, Nana Yaa Gyantuah, General Secretary of the party, said that the construction of hospitals in every district will reduce patients’ inability to access health facilities in some remote areas, thereby improving the country’s healthcare system.
She also vowed that the CPP is set to alter the country’s fortunes and urged Ghanaians to vote for them in the 2024 elections.
“We will ensure that Ghana changes and rises on the global stage. We will ensure that Ghana rises once more. When we assume power, we will ensure that every Ghanaian has adequate resources, that every Ghanaian has adequate housing, and that you do not go hungry.
“We will harness our resources so that Ghanaians can benefit from gold, bauxite, manganese, cocoa, and timber,” Gyantuah stated.
“We will make certain that no pregnant woman sleeps on the hospital floor. We will ensure that every hospital is adequately resourced. We will build ultra-modern hospitals in every area to boost healthcare. Use today as a marker to vote for the CPP in 2024,” she continued.
The CPP has been out of power, since the demise of Dr. Kwame Nkrumah.
