The Ghana Police Service is on a manhunt for robbery suspects who are reported to have looted a block factory in Oyibi.
According to authorities, the heist occurred on 14 October 2023 at the block factory in Appolonia City, a suburb of Oyibi in Accra, and resulted in the murder of one individual.
During the attack, the group of roughly five made off with an unidentified quantity of money and mobile phones belonging to the victims, according to a police news release.

It stated that the deceased’s body had been deposited at the Police Hospital mortuary for preservation and autopsy, while an investigation and intelligence operation were ongoing to apprehend the robbers and bring them to justice.
