The late Dr. Frederick Mac-testimony Palm has been expunged from the records of the Accra High Court.
This comes after the court received confirmation of the death of Dr. Mac-Palm who was on trial alongside nine others for allegedly attempting to destabilise the government.
Dr. Mac-Palm died on Sunday after collapsing at home and being brought to the hospital.
Prior to his death, Dr. Mac-Palm had launched his defence and claimed that the state placed all of the evidence against him through its third prosecution witness.
some of the other accused did not have the opportunity to cross-examine him before his untimely death.
After being informed of his death, the court ordered that the records of his testimony be erased because his testimony was incomplete.
As a result, the court has ordered the second accused to present his case.
