The former Youth and Sports Minister and Member of Parliament for Ningo -Prampram constituency has died.
ET Mensah, as he was affectionately known, died in the early hours of Monday, October 2, according to 3news.com.
He died while undergoing treatment at a South African hospital.

ET Mensah served on the Council of State until his death.
