The incumbent Member of Parliament for Kwesiminstim constituency, Dr. Prince Hamid Armah has regained his bid to represent the Kwesimintsim constituency.
He polled 248 votes to win the parliamentary primary while Deputy CEO of the National Health Insurance Authority (NHIA), Mrs. Yaa Pokuaa Baiden polled 160 votes.
In the Tarkwa Nsuem constituency, the incumbent MP and Minister for Deputy Minister of Lands & Natural Resources George Mireku-Duker, a two-term MP, polled 1,187 votes while the former 2nd Vice Chairman of the NPP Gordon Opoku Boateng polled 22 votes. Francis Elliason polled 46 votes.
In the Takoradi constituency, the regional minister and incumbent MP Kwabena Okyere Darko-Mensah polled 339 votes, former Youth Organiser Frederick Sam-Incoom polled 267 and Richard Essuman Addison polled 1 vote. Kwabena Okyere Darko-Mensah is a four-term MP.
In the Atiwa West constituency, Laurrette Korkor Asante polled 177 votes to win the primary to replace Kwasi Amoako Attah ahead of the upcoming December elections.
Prince Benjamin Aboagye polled 134 votes while Kingsley Ofosu Ntiamoah polled 48 votes. Samuel Awuah Danquah had only 18 votes.
