The Third Meeting of the Third Session of the Eighth Parliament of the Fourth Republic is expected to resume on Tuesday (31 October).
This makes it possible for Finance Minister Ken Ofori-Atta to propose the 2024 Budget next month.
In August 2023, the House went on recess.
Members of Parliament are anticipated to be seated by 10 a.m. at Parliament House in Accra, according to a statement issued by the Speaker of Parliament, Alban Bagbin.
“Pursuant to standing order 32(2) of the Parliament of Ghana, I, Alban Sumana Kingsford Bagbin, Speaker of Parliament, hereby notify Honourable Members of the Third Meeting of the Third Session of the Eighth Parliament of the Fourth Republic which shall commence on Tuesday, 31 October at Ten O’clock in the forenoon at Parliament House, Accra.”
