The President of the Republic of Ghana, H.E Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo has been endorsed for another term by the Queenmother for Kansaworodo Tradition, Nana Ekua Mansah III. The Queenmother shared that her tradition has witnessed massive developmental projects since the Akufo-Addo government took office. She added that her ‘son’, the Member of Parliament for the Essikado-Ketan Constituency, Joe Ghartey will also be rewarded another term to continue to do more for the people
Addressing a Durbar held in Kansaworodo to break ground for the New Kansaworodo Market, Nana Ekua Mansah III said the New Patriotic Party under Akufo Addo had shown a commitment and the interest in the development of communities through several infrastructure projects, “which mine area have benefited immensely.”
“So I say four more for Nana Addo and Joe Ghartey. They will surely win, 2020.”
She took the opportunity to thank the President and the Member of Parliament for expediting work on the asphalting of the Kansaworodo-Mampong road. She stated that the community and adjourning ones have suffered the neglect for years, despite calls for the construction of that road”
Nana Ekua Mansah III however prayed that government considers establishing a befitting hospital to serve the health needs of the people. She prayed that the current government is rewarded another term so they could fulfill their desires, and improve the livelihood of the people
Mr. Joe Ghartey in response asked for the support of the people to secure his bid for another term. He stressed that their desires cannot be satisfied if they fail to grant the NPP another term come December 7, 2020.
